White smalladventures in intimacy

Wild at Heart

3 nights in the wilds of Sussex for gay, bi & queer men
With Tom Cowan and Tim Foskett
05 - 08 July 2019
Balcombe, West Sussex

In search of connection and the gay scene, many of us live in metropolitan centres. As a result our connection with the natural world is often lost or diminished.

Yet, natural spaces enable us to reconnect with our most essential selves, to let the superficial drop away and find the deeper stream of what really matters. They also provide us with a unique environment to explore authentic relating with other men.

This intimate workshop, with up to 30 men, will be led by Tim Foskett and Tom Cowan, who have many years experience facilitating events for gay/bi men. Accommodation is mostly camping (in your own tent) and a limited number of indoor beds with basic amenities.

Come and explore your wild side this midsummer in 500 acres of stunning countryside. Expect campfires, fresh air, trees, sun and earth, and lots of outdoor activities to help you connect with yourself, other men and the wilds around.

We’ll tailor activities to the needs of the group. Our skill-sets include: nature connection, meditation, yoga, movement practice, interpersonal skills work, group discussion and anger work. We’ll also play games, eat delicious food outdoors and sit together round campfires.

We have a cook, Jacob, who will be making us delicious vegetarian food. Participants will be asked to help out at some point over the weekend with kitchen prep and/or dishwashing.

Arrival and Departure: you are welcome to arrive anytime after 2:00 pm on Friday 05 July and we will depart by 2:30 pm on Monday 08 July.
