Loving Men Picnic

Regent's Park
Sunday 18 July, 2:00 - 5:00 pm

We’ll gather on a hopefully sunny afternoon in Regent’s Park for a picnic and feast of homemade delights. Bring your deckchairs, blankets, drinks and snacks as we spend an afternoon together hanging out, playing and picnicing. We've decided on Regent’s Park as the venue, because public transport links (Camden Town, Mornington Crescent and Regent’s Park Tube Stations) and level access are better there.

There will be time to relax with friends and a few organised activities to bring us all together. Some possibilities we’re mulling over are:

  • Jason bringing his guitar....
  • Andy leading some gentle Yoga and Qi Gong in the sun or shade....
  • Arkem being up for a laugh.....
  • Tim having a few games up his sleeve....
  • There might even be a Covid-safe Drag Race.....
  • Oooh and maybe volleyball?!

As there has been a 4-week delay in relaxing the Covid rules, we’re working on strategies for how we can abide closely with the social distancing rules, while still being able to hold the picnic. We’re also working on a system whereby individuals can make clear to all present what their preferences are for contact - whether hugs, elbow bumps or 2 metres space.

We’ll send out more details soon. In the meantime, we need to know numbers to abide by the regulations, so please book your free place via OutSavvy.
