Getting to Yarnfield Park

With easy access to the M6, Yarnfield Park is just 10 miles from Stoke-on-Trent. Stafford is nearby as well.

There is a direct train from London Euston to Stafford. The fastest journey tales 1 hour 15 minutes.

Nearer the event we will ask for your travel plans, so you can arrange full-journey car sharing or station-to-venue taxi sharing.

Event times

Loving Men at New Year will start at 5:00 pm on 30 December.

It will close by 2:30 pm on 02 January

Cancellation Policy

We strongly advise taking out appropriate travel insurance to cover you if you are unable to attend a Loving Men event.

If you cancel your booking:We will refund you:
More than 12 weeks before the event    Your full fee minus £50 admin fee
12 – 9 weeks before the event50% of the fee you paid
5 – 8 weeks before the event25% of the fee you paid
0 – 4 weeks before the eventNo refund

If the event cannot take place because of changes to the UK government restrictions related to Covid-19 you will be entitled to a full refund.

If Loving Men cancel the event you will be entitled to a full refund.

Covid Policy

Loving Men will abide by any regulations pertaining to Covid, health & safety and social distancing. We will consider the risks and needs nearer to the time of the event and let you know the outcome. Currently, there are no restrictions in place for events of this nature. However, our safety as a community is a high priority for us, so we may ask you to take a lateral flow test before attending the event and other measures if necessary, depending on the situation at that time.

Crew Places

There is a limited number of crew places available at the event. In exchange for various kinds of assistance each day during the event, we will give you £200 off your ticket price.

Examples are:

  • admin and practical input before the event
  • moving furniture and equiment during the event
  • setting up audio and video equipment
  • providing emotional support to participants

Concessionary Tickets

Concessionary tickets are funded by the Loving Men Bursary Fund with the intention of supporting people on low incomes and increasing diversity at Loving Men events. They are discounts off your ticket price. There are £100 and £200 concessions available. This gives you either £100 or £200 off the price of your ticket.

Please only apply if you cannot afford a full-price ticket.

If successful, we will send you a discount code you can use when booking your place.

Further help from the Bursary Fund

If funds allow, it may be possible to apply for further help from the Bursary Fund if you cannot afford a Concessionary ticket. Please email Peter

Paying by instalments

If you need to pay by instalments rather than all-in-one-go please email Peter. All monies must be paid before the beginning of the event. Failure to pay any instalments by the dates agreed may result in you forfeiting any monies already paid.
