It Starts With Me: Self-Love and Self-Care
A three-night Loving Men residential event: Friday 14 - Monday 17 September 2018
Poulstone Court, Herefordshire
with Dennis Carney and Tim Foskett
It Starts With Me is a deep dive into crafting a loving relationship with yourself - from which emanates all other loving relationships.
When we relate well to ourselves - with affection, curiosity, kindness, appropriate boundaries and self-challenge when needed - we find a positive alignment inside ourselves. Life is no longer a tortured journey of self-criticism - it becomes more fun, more exciting and more vivid. People who love and care about themselves are more attractive to others, and more able to love others - they already know something about how to love.
Cultivating this kind of relationship may be a life long task .... but a worthwhile one, especially if you want to be intimate with others.
Working with up to 40 men, we'll use a variety of exercises to understand the dynamics and challenges of cultivating a truly loving relationship with yourself. We'll make connections, experiment, reflect and play. There'll be free time each day to explore the grounds and stunning local countryside.
Here's more information about getting the most from a Loving Men event.
Whether you're single or in a relationship, come and join us for a fabulous four-day event. If you're ready to change gear in your relationship with yourself - this is a great place to start.
Loving Men actively welcomes gay, bi and queer men, trans men and non-binary people who are attracted to men.
